GUARANTEES & REFUNDS
We offer a 5-day money back guarantee on all Stock Lace Wigs minus shipping and handling. If you change your mind about a Product simply return it to us within 5 days of receipt, in its original condition & packaging. Wigs returned back to us must be UNUSED and in PRISTINE condition. If it is not, we will NOT refund your money. We will contact you to let you know we will NOT refund your money plus ask for another shipping fee to return your USED lace wig. If no money for shipping your USED lace wig back to you is given within 30 days, we will assume you no longer want your lace wig. Providing the item is in perfect condition, in its original packaging with tags and instruction leaflets we will refund the purchase price less delivery costs and a $100 restocking fee. All refunds for wigs are subject to a $100.00 restocking fee and a $30 shipping and handling fee. We are sorry for the large fee but we need to cut down on customer's error in choice. If you order a black wig don't tell us it's too dark. We did not advertise it wrong, you choose that color. We will not issue any refunds if a Product is returned to us worn, cut, styled, washed, chemically treated or smelling of tobacco and perfume. Used Wigs & Hairpieces can not be exchanged or refunded. To return a Product back to us email customerservice@affordablewigs.com. With your order/reference number and details on items returned for reference. No refunds or exchanges will be granted if you do not have your original receipt, please keep your receipt safe until you are satisfied with your purchase. For your own records, copy the receipt and send the original back with your order. All merchandise must be returned to us by registered mail with a tracking number assigned as delivery confirmation, we are not liable for non-receipt of goods and we will not issue refunds or exchanges for goods not received. We only accept returns and exchanges on in stock or SELECTED customized unit (our discretion) for in-stock lace units only. You will not be allowed to exchange a customized unit for another customized unit. Since, the customized unit is of the directions of the consumer, we expect you to know what you want and double check all measurements, colors and texture ,YOU have selected. To exchange an UNUSED lace wig (our discretion) for an in-stock lace wig only, we will refund or charge you the difference plus or minus the shipping and handling of the original lace unit and a $25 restocking fee. Example, you return a lace unit for one of lesser amount,please note that your money will be return with a $55 fee (restocking and shipping)instead of the $130 for straight refunds. You will get a refund, if the amount of your return is greater than the fees. However, if the amount to be return is less than the restocking and shipping fees, an added charge will be given. NO refund or exchange on Hair accessories including kits.
DELIVERY
We ship Goods in the US by US postal service. Out side the US we will ship either FedEx DHL or UPS. For liquid items you may purchase we can only ship them US ground postal. Your goods will be dispatched within 1-3 days after it is created(excluding weekends and bank holidays). If a product is out of stock We will notify You by email or telephone. All prices shown on this site include taxes but exclude delivery charges. You undertake to ensure that delivery information provided by You when ordering is correct, You accept that We can not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery of Products. Our courier providers deliver Goods from Monday to Friday, normally. Since this is a custom made item it can take up to 6 weeks to get your item. Normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks, however for any reason it can be as long as 6 weeks for your purchase date. We will not refund your money if your lace wig is not complete in and delivered to you before 50 business days. After 50 business days, we will give you a discount on your lace wig. After 75 business days, you can cancel your order. This is a hand crafted items so please bear with us, we take pride in having fast service of 2-3 weeks.

Our preferred method of payment is credit or debit card, We offer secure online ordering using PayPal with 128 bit encryption and Yahoo online 128 bit encryption for your preference. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing a Product from us using a credit card, all information that You supply is true and accurate. And charges incurred by You will be honored by your credit card company including any applicable taxes or delivery costs. We also accept payment by US postal money order, or bank draft, Western Union and Money Gram please allow 7-10 days for bank clearance, then your Goods will be created or if in stock it will be shipped. The money will be pick up within 24 hours and your order will be processed.
We accept installments on your affordable lace wig. If you are unable to pay at once. We will allow you to make up to 3 easy payments. The first payment will include your shipping and handling fee.
